The Opportunity

Translate product strategy into clear, actionable backlogs for development teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

This role ensures smooth delivery of our lead quality platform for clients. Work closely with a dedicated engineering squad, reporting to the Product Manager or Director of Product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain product backlogs, creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories based on product roadmaps and business value.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide clarification and deeper understanding of user stories and business requirements to development teams.
  • Write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria and dependencies, ensuring engineers can build solutions with minimal ambiguity.
  • Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and original requirements before release to QA or production.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar roles within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience working directly with Agile development teams and managing product backlogs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, unblocking teams and keeping projects moving forward.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.

  • Experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) or demand generation spaces.
  • Experience with data-intensive or integration-heavy products.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certifications.
