Key Roles and Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance for financial or trading applications with expertise in Endur/Findur.

  • Lead and execute comprehensive testing activities on the trading platform to ensure functionality, performance, and stability across various environments.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and strategies for Endur and related tools including integration, regression, functional, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure proper testing coverage for new functionalities, features, and system integrations.
  • Leverage knowledge of Endur to identify potential risks, assess system behavior, and ensure critical trading workflows are functioning correctly.
Job Description Overview

The ideal candidate will work closely with the development teams, business stakeholders, and QA teams to drive and implement testing strategies, identify risks, and provide valuable insights into platform improvements.

As a Principal Consultant, you will own and manage the QA lifecycle for the trading platform, including planning, test case development, execution, and defect management.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior QA team members, providing support for both technical and non-technical issues.

Additionally, you will define, implement, and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies across all projects, and evaluate the effectiveness of current QA practices and recommend process improvements.

Role entails close collaboration with IT teams to understand system requirements, user needs, and business processes to identify critical areas for testing.
