Seeking a visionary professional to drive business growth and development in the Indian market.
Job Description:- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities for expansion in current and prospective markets.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and maintain a customer database by contacting, collecting inquiries, and sending offers regularly. In charge of buying and selling plastic resins from Indian producers and distributors, and selling to assigned existing customers and new customers.
- Representative: Represent the company at meetings and conferences in India and international tradeshows to promote the company's products.
- Relationship Building: Maintain and develop relationships with Indian resin producers.
- Logistics and Inventory Management: Assist the Branch Manager in monitoring logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations.
- Market Research: Gather market information for price setting to specific markets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
- In-depth understanding of the polymer market in India.
- Able to be on abroad or domestic business trips.
- In-depth understanding of the latest business policies and regulations.
Skills:
- Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding leadership quality and negotiation skills.
- Time and task management.
- Ability to work independently under high pressure and flexibility work environment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade or other related fields. MBA degree is preferred.
