Job Description:

As a key member of the Real Estate Sales Department, you will play a vital role in sourcing and acquiring high-quality properties to drive business growth. Your expertise in identifying opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and negotiating deals will be instrumental in achieving our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Property Identification and Acquisition:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential real estate properties, projects, or land that align with our sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other key stakeholders to source new opportunities.
  • Perform site visits, analyze market data, and conduct due diligence to assess the viability of potential acquisitions.
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, zoning regulations, property values, and competitor activities to inform your decision-making.
  • Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks in various locations, enabling us to make informed strategic decisions.
Negotiation and Deal Structuring:
  • Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and contract conditions with property owners and developers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with legal and finance teams to structure deals that align with our strategic objectives while minimizing risk.
  • Ensure timely closure of deals while optimizing costs and maximizing potential returns.
Sales Support and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client preferences and sourcing requirements, providing valuable insights to inform their strategies.
  • Ensure the sourced properties meet customer demand, market trends, and our company objectives, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales team on new acquisitions and market developments, fostering a collaborative environment.
Documentation and Compliance:
  • Ensure all sourcing activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
  • Maintain accurate records of property sourcing activities, contracts, and transaction documentation, facilitating transparency and accountability.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
  • Develop strong, professional relationships with external partners, including real estate agencies, local authorities, and consultants, to leverage their expertise and resources.
  • Represent the company in meetings with property owners, developers, and government bodies, showcasing our commitment to excellence and professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles and real estate practices.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sourcing, sales, or property acquisition, showcasing your ability to navigate complex deals and negotiations.
  • Fresher's can be considered as Management Trainees, offering a chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, enhancing your productivity and efficiency.
