Private Equity Investment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Private Equity Investment Specialist to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic investment opportunities in real estate private equity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, build detailed models, and assess market trends to inform investment decisions.
  • Lead due diligence efforts, including comprehensive review of financial statements, operational performance, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to structure and negotiate investments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, prepare regular reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive value creation within portfolio companies, leveraging expertise in finance, operations, and market insights.
  • Source new investment opportunities through research, industry analysis, and professional networking.
  • Prepare compelling investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory, with a focus on real estate.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
