Terraform Expert for SD-WAN Deployments

Are you an experienced Terraform expert seeking a new challenge in SD-WAN deployments? We are looking for a skilled professional to review and optimize Terraform codebases, assess configuration templates and policies, and provide best practice recommendations.

About the Role
  • Review and optimize Terraform codebase for Cisco SD-WAN deployments across multiple locations.
  • Assess configuration templates, policies, automation workflows, and state management practices.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Terraform, including modules, variables, templates, and IaC workflows.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN components, including vManage, vSmart, vBond, device templates, and policies.
  • Ability to evaluate and optimize state management strategies, including remote backends, locking, and workspaces.
  • Familiarity with network automation best practices and SD-WAN deployment models.
  • Experience integrating Terraform with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git or Azure DevOps.
  • Practical experience with Cisco SD-WAN automation, templates, and policies.
  • Prior exposure to enterprise-scale multi-site WAN deployments is preferred.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Infrastructure Automation / Network Automation engineering roles.
  • 3+ years of proven hands-on experience with Terraform in production environments.
