Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Lead Engineer to manage and operate enterprise-level network solutions, including routing and switching, SD-WAN infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and operate enterprise level network solutions including routing and switching, SDWAN infrastructure.
  • Secure, monitor, operate and troubleshoot enterprise networks.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and ensure quick resolution of outages and performance degradations.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.
  • Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring network uptime and reliability.
  • Document network configurations, diagrams, processes and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Work on incidents and provide timely resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform network upgrades, patching and performance tuning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Network Routing and Switching, SD-WAN infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
  • Experience with VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, ACLs, NAT.
  • Hands-on experience with SD-WAN platforms (Cisco Viptela, Aruba SilverPeak).
  • Experience with WAN Technologies, VPNs.
  • Understanding of network security fundamentals and segmentation.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds.
  • Familiarity with basic scripting or automation is a plus.
  • Experience with firewalls is an added advantage.
