Change Analyst Role

This position requires an individual who can effectively plan and execute organizational change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential resistance points and formulate mitigation strategies.
  • Support the development of training materials and programs to equip employees with necessary skills for new processes or systems.
  • Identify key stakeholders and tailor change interventions to specific audience needs.
  • Draft and prepare various change-related communications for different audiences.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage employees and gather feedback on change initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess employee readiness for change, providing insights and recommendations to project leads.
  • Track and report on change adoption metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in a Change Analyst, OCM Specialist, or similar role, supporting organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence.
  • Highly analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Preferred Skills
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci Change Management Practitioner).
  • Experience in the IT or software solutions industry.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
