Corporate Strategy Manager Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Corporate Strategy Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional with 4-9 years of experience in credit risk management, risk assessment, and loan portfolio monitoring.

  • Monitor loan portfolios to track overdue accounts, defaults, delinquencies, and NPAs, and identify early warning signals of credit risk.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop actionable strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to strengthen credit decision-making and improve recoveries.
  • Establish and maintain credit risk frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Prepare regular MIS, risk reports, and portfolio reviews for management, highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy loan book.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in credit risk management, risk assessment, and loan portfolio monitoring, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and drive results-oriented initiatives.
