Drive initiatives and manage activities in Food Regulatory Affairs by leading, liaising and engaging with industry stakeholders to generate revenue and organize impactful programs.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field like food technology is preferred.
  • 7-15 years of experience in a similar field with strong understanding of Indian food regulations and policy.
Essential Competencies:
  • Strong research and policy analysis skills with excellent report-writing abilities.
  • Ability to organize industry events, working groups, outreach programs and delegations.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills with knowledge of codex and other global food regulations.
  • Regular interaction with Committee members to increase membership base and raise sponsorships.
  • Team player with ability to multitask and learn with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Engage with government bodies on policy matters and plan and execute events such as Summits, Conferences, Industry roundtables, Policy Dialogues, Task Force Meetings, Committee Meetings, Delegations etc.
  • Prepare representations for organizing sector-specific programs with regular interaction with Committee members and relevant industry.
