Key Responsibilities:

  • We seek a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead our end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, assessing and selecting candidates.
  • This role requires developing strong relationships with hiring managers at all levels to facilitate collaborative hiring initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will utilize data-driven insights to optimize efficiency, inform decision-making and drive proactive workforce planning.
  • A rigorous talent assessment process across all hiring teams will be delivered to secure top talent.
  • Maintaining market intelligence is crucial to inform business and organizational design decisions.
  • Sourcing, assessment, selection and onboarding strategies will be managed by this role.
  • This position will partner with Sourcing Specialists to support niche skill areas.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the pharma industry.
  • Exceptional interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment methodologies are essential.
  • The ability to manage global relationships with Senior Leaders is required.
  • Previous experience driving D&I hiring agendas is preferred.
  • Expertise in regional hiring trends and pharmaceutical industry knowledge is necessary.
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills are required.
  • Excellent project management and critical thinking skills are essential for success.

The ideal candidate is a graduate or MBA holder with exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills. They should have a proven track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
