Job Title: Sr. Expert in Pharmaceutical Sciences Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Expert in Pharmaceutical Sciences to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of pharmaceutical/biological/cell-gene therapies in a multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Scientific Experimentation and Planning: Design, plan, perform, interpret, and report results of scientific experiments for the preparation and timely delivery of drug substances (DS), drug products (DP), processes, and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team in the development of pharmaceutical/biological/cell-gene therapies.
  • Portfolio Support: Ensure full portfolio support in line with GDD, Sandoz, NTO, and NIBR plans.
 Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Coaching Skills: Develop and apply coaching skills to effectively lead and guide team members.
  • Data Science: Apply data science techniques to analyze and interpret results.
  • Environment: Ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations.
  • Experiments Design: Design and execute scientific experiments.
  • Health and Safety (EHS): Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
  • Laboratory Equipment: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
  • Manufacturing Process: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Materials Science: Apply materials science principles to develop new materials.
  • Process Simulation: Use process simulation tools to model and optimize processes.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion.
  • SOP (Standard Operating Procedure): Develop and implement SOPs.
  • Technical Writing: Produce high-quality technical documents.
