In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of operational controls and compliance with regulatory directives. This includes analyzing accounting documentation, evaluating process flowcharts, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough audit reviews to identify risks and gaps in control procedures.
  • Developing and implementing effective audit plans to address identified issues.
  • Collaborating with management to ensure timely completion of audit tasks and reporting requirements.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assisting in the preparation of audit committee reports and other related documents.
  • Participating in enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats to the organization.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through research and development of internal audit practices.
  • Supporting investigations into fraud and other irregularities as directed by senior management.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing industry setting.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
