Seeking Secretary Trainee

Job Details:

This role involves working with a team to ensure all legal and administrative requirements are met.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    Secretarial compliances for allocated companies, preparing and filing ROC/MCA forms, drafting board resolutions, notices, and meeting minutes.
  • Support in compliance checks, audits, and legal research, assist with corporate governance documentation.
  • Conduct research and write articles on relevant topics, support mergers and acquisitions, including NBFCs.
  • Perform secretarial audits, XBRL filings, and due diligences, manage IPR, agreement vetting, and drafting.
  • Evaluate Nidhi Compliances, assist with CSR and POSH consulting and compliances.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing CS (ICSI) – Professional level, completed EDP.
  • Strong communication and drafting skills, basic knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 & Secretarial Standards.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn, proficiency in MS Office.
