The Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts to drive business growth.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing share of wallet through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up to support the sales team.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs to drive business performance.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support the overall business objective.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing competitor feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Organizing data and generating customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to drive business growth.
  • Attainment planning through effective goal setting and designing sales incentives to drive business objectives.
  • Providing pricing and contract support to the sales team with high-quality proposals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.
  • Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least one year of experience in B2C sales or sales operations/sales support, preferably in the Ed Tech, Education, and IT Services industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
