Job Overview

This role focuses on distilling complex underwriting knowledge into actionable training, guidelines and standards. The goal is to empower community reviewers with the essential skills needed to evaluate AI model responses accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and teach foundational underwriting concepts: FOIR/DTI, LTV, income stability, bureau interpretation, documentation best practices, fraud detection and policy exceptions.
  • Train community reviewers to assess AI outputs: review model responses, apply rules, correct decisions, add reason codes, and document edge cases.
  • Design micro-curricula and SOPs: concise modules (30–60 min) with examples, quizzes, checklists, and local-language handouts.
  • Create quality rubrics: acceptance criteria, pass/fail checklists, quick-fix macros, escalation rules, and calibration guidelines.
  • Determine data needs from cases: capture missing rules/thresholds; draft data-needs specs for synthetic data generation.
  • Evaluate and ensure ethics and privacy compliance in training and review workflows.
Requirements:
  • 4–8 years of experience in retail/home-loan underwriting with hands-on decisioning and policy interpretation.
  • Proven training or mentorship experience—comfortable teaching beginners and non-technical learners.
  • Strong grasp of calculations & documents: FOIR/DTI/LTV/EMI, income proofs, bank statements, credit bureau reports.
  • Fluency in English and Telugu.
