Job Summary:
As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Indian market. Your primary goal is to identify new opportunities and expand existing markets while ensuring increased revenue from current accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Indian market with our SaaS product
- Lead outbound and direct sales efforts by engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals
- Manage deal size of INR 50 L ARR independently
- Coordinate with Pre-sales teams on getting Demos / POCs conducted
- Prepare proposals, conduct commercial negotiations leading to closure and contracting
- Collect payments from customers and manage customer relationships effectively
- 6-8 years of experience in outbound and direct sales preferably in the garment industry
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in selling ERP solutions
- Solid business development & acquisition experience
- Strong relationship and account management skills
- Proficient in using CRM tools and data analysis to drive sales performance
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently
