Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to handle client interactions, finance operations, and payroll coordination.

  • Manage client relationships through Tally and ensure timely query resolution.
  • Track accounts, prepare reports/dashboards, and use Tally and other tools for insights, reminders, and data visualization.
  • Support payroll, salary disbursement, vendor payments, and reconciliations while maintaining accurate records of expenses and reimbursements.
  • Use AI-assisted tools for data entry, invoice tracking, and compliance reporting.
  • Assist in audits and compliance by preparing required documents, verifying transactions, and ensuring proper filing of invoices and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in client servicing, finance, or audit support.
  • Awareness of AI tools for reporting and task automation is an advantage.
