Job Title: Strategic Coal Mine Development Manager

Overview:

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of coal mines, focusing on strategic planning and execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing resource modeling and pit optimization strategies to enhance mining efficiency.

Key responsibilities include preparing detailed project reports for mining blocks, conducting feasibility studies, and coordinating exploration programs to identify potential mining areas.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in mining approvals, commencement, and operations, as well as a deep understanding of statutory clearances and relevant Acts, regulations, and government guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Mining Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of project planning and tracking tools like MS Project, Primavera, and Auto-CAD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Candidate Profile:

  • Postgraduate degree in Mining Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of project planning and tracking tools like MS Project, Primavera, and Auto-CAD
