Key Role: Mining Operations Leader

About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our mining operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Overburden (OB) Removal and Mine Developer and Operator (MDO) works, spanning 15-20 years.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end mining operations across multiple sites in India, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop and execute plans for OB removal and MDO projects, focusing on cost efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain adherence to statutory and environmental regulations at all mining sites, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to facilitate smooth coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Promote operational excellence and implement best practices in mining operations, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of mining professionals and support staff, providing guidance and development opportunities.

We require a strategic leader who can develop and execute plans for mining expansion and resource development. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Mining Engineering or a related field and possess 15-20 years of proven experience in mining operations.
