The Role

We seek an experienced product marketing leader to drive the growth of our Connected Worker Platform at Innovapptive Inc. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in positioning, messaging, and storytelling, along with the ability to lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for our Maintenance, Operations, and Inventory product line.Collaborate with sales teams, solution consultants, and executives to accelerate pipeline growth and support sales efforts.Create compelling sales and campaign content that resonates with key buyers, leveraging business updates, marketplace insights, and customer feedback.Equip sales teams with enablement tools and assets that support deal closures and pipeline growth.Partner with product managers and solution consulting to craft engaging demo narratives.Influence analysts and media to position Innovapptive Inc. as a leader in Connected Worker Solutions.Represent Innovapptive Inc. at industry events and with the press, serving as an evangelist for our products.Work with the social media team to develop a social media amplification strategy aligned with key news moments.

What You'll Bring

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, particularly in the North American region.
  • A proven track record of hiring, coaching, and leading high-performance teams.
  • Strong storytelling skills with a history of developing impactful positioning and messaging.
  • Results-driven, comfortable with both analytical and creative aspects of marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to shift between strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
  • Able to travel up to 25% for sales support and industry events, as circumstances allow.
