Global Sales Strategist

Samyojak Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales Strategist to join our team in Patto, Panjim, Goa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
With a strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and market dynamics, you will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy and Planning- Develop and Implement Strategic Sales Plans: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Analyze Market Trends and Competitor Activities: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients and accounts to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Act as the Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients and address their needs and concerns.
- Work Closely with the Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and Present Regular Sales Reports: Develop and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the leadership team.
- Implement Data-Driven Decision-Making Processes: Use data to inform sales operations and optimize performance.
- Continuously Assess and Refine the Sales Process: Regularly evaluate and improve the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and Implement Innovative Sales Strategies: Develop and implement new sales strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to streamline cross-functional processes.
- Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide Market Feedback: Share market insights with the product development and marketing teams.
- Adjust Sales Strategies: Use market feedback to adjust sales strategies and stay competitive.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing: A degree in business or marketing is required.
- 15 Years of Proven Experience in Sales: A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the finance or investment sector.
- Strong Understanding of Sales Principles: A deep understanding of sales principles, customer service, and market dynamics is essential.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills are required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Results-Oriented with a Track Record of Meeting Sales Targets: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.
- Adaptability to a Fast-Paced Work Environment: The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment is crucial.
Estimated salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
