We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts for our Hospitality Training Institute in Panaji. The ideal candidate will drive the growth of our institute by identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing high-performing sales teams, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and outreach programs to increase admissions.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and publishers to drive admission inquiries.
  • Organize educational seminars and webinars to boost awareness and admissions.
  • Attend education fairs and exhibitions, representing our institute and promoting our programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor sales data, meet sales quotas, and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of sales experience in FMCG, telecom, training, or education industries.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Sound knowledge of the Indian education industry.
