As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing employee data and ensuring the seamless operation of various insurance policies. This requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for clients.
- Oversee Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies).
- Coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, correction through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.
- Monitor endorsement trackers and ensure timely updates in system.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
- Assist clients' HR in data reconciliation with insurer support.
- Prepare weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and data statements for clients and client executives.
- Support client executives with data management for policy renewals.
- Effectively manage data on internal enrollment portals.
- Respond to client queries through ticketing tools.
- Conduct regular data reconciliation and submit reports to clients.
- Coordinate with TPAs for E-cards, DNF claims, and no claim confirmation for deletion endorsement processing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management.
- Process Orientation: Continuous improvement mindset with a strong orientation towards process efficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with insurance policy management systems.
