Job Opportunity: Senior Data Specialist - Laboratory Information Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for data management, analysis, and interpretation.

About the Role:

  • As a Senior Data Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance on data management best practices and ensuring seamless integration of laboratory information systems.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • In addition, you will create and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to data management processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data management requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  2. Analyze complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations to inform business decisions.
  3. Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree (MS, M.Tech, M.Pharm): Computer Science or related field with significant experience in software configuration and validation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data management, analysis, and interpretation, preferably in a laboratory or healthcare setting.
