Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Data Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Management: Enter all information gathered onto the database, ensuring that all new and updated entries meet minimum requirements and are correctly skill coded.
  • Data Safety and Accessibility: Safeguard and make accessible all data, while preparing trackers, reports, and updating them regularly.
  • Research Support: Format CVs in required templates and work proactively with consultants to prepare presentations for client pitches.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct project-specific research, analysis, and evaluation of market information through internet and internal databases.
  • Talent Identification: Identify target companies and candidates, develop internal databases, and track executive moves and press articles.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize desk analysis tools to generate target candidates for search assignments.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Possessing strong data management and research skills.
  • Bright, articulate, and well-presented.
  • Well-organized with a calm and unflappable temperament.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • First-rate organizational skills.
  • Proactive, willing, and adaptable.
  • A good team player.
