Job Title: Master Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management (MDM) specialist to join our team. As an MDM Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date master data across our global operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Costing and Operations, with a deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal data governance standards.

  • Manage and maintain master data (customer, vendor, material, costing).
  • Handle costing operations and ensure data accuracy across global processes.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data governance standards.
  • Support reporting and month-end activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Master Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date master data across our global operations.
  2. Costing Operations: Handle costing operations and ensure data accuracy across global processes.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal data governance standards.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant MDM experience in Costing and Operations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
  • Good knowledge of Finance & Operations processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible to work in US Shift.
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.
