Job Title: Regional Retail Trainer

We are looking for a skilled trainer to join our team. As a Regional Retail Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs across multiple stores in a specific region.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to engage with store teams and provide feedback. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail training or sales training, with a deep understanding of customer service principles and product positioning.

The successful candidate will work closely with Store Managers and Training Champions to onboard new hires and develop leadership skills. They will also conduct regular store visits to observe customer interactions and provide coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery & Facilitation: Develop and deliver engaging training workshops on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Onboarding & Development: Assist in onboarding new hires and developing leadership skills within the store teams.
  • Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Track training effectiveness using KPIs such as NPS, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in retail training, sales training, or customer experience coaching.
  • Retail Expertise: Deep knowledge of customer service, sales psychology, and product positioning.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Passion for developing frontline employees and motivating store teams.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to engage, inspire, and guide retail associates at different skill levels.
