**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist to lead our enterprise security compliance agenda. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing and maintaining ISO 27001, as well as ensuring full alignment with evolving regulatory frameworks such as DPDP Act, CERT-IN, ITGC, and ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Governance).

The Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and maintaining ISO 27001 certification across all offices.
  • Leading and maintaining ISO 27001 certification, including ISMS policy enforcement, risk treatment plans, SoA, internal audits, and management reviews.
  • Ensuring full compliance with CERT-IN guidelines and DPDP Act readiness documentation.
  • Quarterly VAPT assessments with remediation closure tracking.
  • Quarterly internal reviews to maintain compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor certification.
  • CISSP / CISM certification.
  • DPDP Act / Privacy Certifications.
  • ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Governance Awareness) - Preferred.
  • ITIL v4 - Preferred.
