**Head of Digital Marketing Role Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Leader to spearhead our marketing functions in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in brand building, digital campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360-marketing strategies (Digital, ATL, BTL, TTL).
  • Lead brand positioning, campaign management, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Optimize marketing channels across online and offline platforms.
  • Drive performance marketing through SEO, SEM, paid media, affiliates, remarketing, and partnerships.
  • Manage web, CRM, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and business leadership to maximize ROI.
  • Build strong customer personas and analytics-driven strategies for precise targeting.
  • Oversee creative, content, and communication consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Drive offline marketing initiatives including events, BTL activities, and community programs.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in Ed-Tech industry (mandatory).
  • Current/previous role as Head of Marketing / Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in top Ed-Tech companies.
  • Proven success in digital and performance marketing campaigns delivering measurable ROI.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, social platforms, CRM & automation tools.
  • Strong experience in affiliate marketing, webinars, and BTL activations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Educational background: B. Tech / MBA preferred; certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
