Vertical Transportation Business Leader


Job Description:

The role of the Vertical Transportation Business Leader is to drive business growth and development in the vertical transportation market. The incumbent will be responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Indian vertical transportation market, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to capture them.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams to achieve business objectives. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.

A key aspect of this role will be to promote TUV SUD's local VT profile, generate sales, and build relationships with customers and regulators. This will involve conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and developing targeted marketing campaigns to reach new customers.

Another critical responsibility of this role will be to lead professional teams in strategic locations across different states of India. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Vertical Transportation Business Leader will also be responsible for delivering services in accordance with TUV SUD's management guidelines and Quality Management System. This will involve ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
