Network Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network marketing, affiliate growth, and community-driven initiatives.

The successful applicant will be responsible for building and managing referral-driven, community-led, and partnership-based growth strategies. This will involve leveraging personal and professional networks, affiliates, influencers, and brand advocates to expand our reach and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute network-based marketing channels, including referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Drive grassroots adoption campaigns by engaging with communities, associations, and local groups.
  • Design reward-based marketing strategies to incentivize referrals and word-of-mouth growth.
  • Identify and onboard network leaders, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors in fintech and Web3 spaces.
  • Track and analyze referral funnels, campaign performance, and ROI for all network-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design network-centric campaigns (contests, ambassador programs, incentive structures).
  • Represent our organization at local meetups, webinars, and community events to build credibility and visibility.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth.
  • Proven success in building and scaling referral or ambassador programs.
  • Strong connections in crypto, fintech, and digital communities (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, groups, etc.).
  • Understanding of performance-based growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI on referral campaigns).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to mobilize communities and turn users into brand advocates.
