Actuarial Hiring Manager Role

We seek a dynamic Actuarial Hiring Manager to lead and strategize hiring processes for top actuarial professionals in Mumbai.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, a strategic mindset, and a knack for fostering stakeholder relationships. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and decision-making skills to drive employer branding initiatives, develop meaningful relationships with academic institutions and actuarial networks, and continuously refine hiring processes using data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for attracting and hiring top actuarial talent.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to define job requirements and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Partner with external agencies and leverage online platforms to create a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a top employer for actuarial professionals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies and continuously refine hiring processes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on actuarial recruitment analytics.
  • Proven expertise in managing end-to-end hiring for senior and niche roles.
  • Familiarity with the actuarial profession and understanding of technical actuarial qualifications and memberships.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels.
