Business Opportunity:

Job Overview:

  • Pursue and sell consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and closing.
  • Market consultants to vendors and clients for requirements.
  • Search requirements for consultants from portals, groups, and contacts, then share with consultants by their comfort level.
  • Negotiate rates with recruiters based on management suggestions.
  • Develop marketing strategies for consultants.
  • Engage with top-tier vendors and establish new vendor relationships.
  • Market consultants to preferred vendors.
  • Acquire requirements for consultants from various sources.
  • Track start and end dates of consultant placements.
  • Maintain daily and weekly activity lists using MS Excel.
  • Set up interviews and close candidates for positions.
  • Process candidates from initial contact to interview/placement process.
  • Develop relationships with prime vendors, present consultants, negotiate contracts, and manage long-term relations.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors based on location and duration.
  • Update resumes from consultants, fetch best requirements, and format resumes for neat appearance.
  • Follow up on submissions and confirm rates with vendors.
  • Maintain track progress of submittals.
  • Collaborate between consultants and vendors, arrange interview calls, and follow up with clients/vendors/candidates.
  • Coordinate consultant project start and end dates.
  • Maintain rolled off consultant database and track contract details.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in US staffing bench sales as a team lead.
