US IT Bench Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a challenging role in the field of US IT bench sales. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for selling and marketing consultants to vendors and clients, as well as developing relationships with prime vendors to meet business requirements.
">- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in staffing bench sales as a team lead and possess a Bachelor's degree.
Key responsibilities include:
- Searching and qualifying consultants for projects;
- Negotiating rates with vendors;
- Marketing consultants to preferred vendors;
- Developing corporate account relationships with prime vendors;
- Presenting consultants and negotiating contracts;
- Maintaining track records of rate confirmations and follow-up submissions;
- Coordinating between consultants and vendors for interviews and project placements;
- Finding best projects for consultants using tier one contacts and web portals.
Beyond technical skills, we value strong communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as adaptability and a proactive approach to meeting business objectives.

Salary range: 6 LPA onwards
