Key Responsibilities:

  2. Manage multiple vendors to deliver services on time and within budget.">
  3. Assist the JLL Procurement Team in vendor procurement processes.">
  4. Monitor procedures to ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations and standards.">
  5. Deliver excellent customer service to meet clients onsite expectations.">
  6. Build and develop effective relationships with the Post's key stakeholders.">
  7. Monitor expiry of contracts and initiate re-procurement if needed.">
  8. Continually assess contracts to ensure best value delivered to the client.">
  9. Implement Industry Best Practice operations.">
  10. Oversee site cleanliness and provide direction to cleaning staff.">
  11. 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as and when required.">
  12. Ensure compliance with JLL's business conduct guidelines, procedures, and strategies.">
