Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our account enrichment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data enrichment and sales research, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

The Account Research Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing standardized research processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. They will also work closely with the Sales Development Managers, SDRs, and Marketing teams to align research priorities and outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management and Leadership
  • Manage, mentor, and coach a team of 4 Account Enrichment Specialists.
  • Monitor team performance against key metrics, such as accounts enriched, personas identified, and data accuracy.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data enrichment, sales research, or market research roles.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales development processes and CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
