Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our clinical research team. As a Research Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our department and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.


About the Role
  • Lead a team of professionals in the management of clinical research projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Mentor and develop team members to ensure their continued growth and success.

Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in people management, clinical data management, or clinical trial coordination.
  • Proven knowledge of clinical research methodology, industry regulations, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, with familiarity with MS Office and business software.
  • Post-graduate or graduate education in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or Clinical Research from a reputable institution.
