Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage agency channel sales performance, including recruitment, training, and development of agents. This role will also involve developing and executing strategies to increase motor insurance penetration through open market channels.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the sales performance of agents across various channels, focusing on recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
- Develop and execute targeted strategies to boost motor insurance sales in the open market, leveraging existing relationships and networks.
- Maintain strong client relationships by identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions for vehicle insurance products.
- Identify new business opportunities in the direct market and create plans to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and enhance overall service quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate with 1-6 years of experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in an agency role. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of car insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, and other types of general insurance policies.
