Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure team members are aligned with organizational objectives and equipped to succeed.
  • Mentorship: Identify and develop top performers within the team, providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
  • Recruitment: Source and recruit top talent from the market to join the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduation is required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in insurance agency or direct channel.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in team handling in agency channel.
  • Good track record required.
