Job Overview

As a Sales Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our sales team and drive revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to own the P&L of your micro territory and ensure profitability.

Key Performance Indicators include monitoring the sales conversion funnel and driving improvements to funnel shape and deliver monthly targets.

Requirements

Qualified candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced, high-growth setups as an entrepreneur/P&L owner.
  • Proven track record of managing teams.
  • Strong bias for action, customer-centricity, and deep-dive traits.
  • Ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to tackle challenging problems and develop elegant, scalable solutions.
  • First-principle thinking and data-driven decision making skills.
