About Us

Job Title: Program Management Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in Mumbai. The role will focus on planning, executing, and managing strategic school engagement programs in collaboration with our partner schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute events & activities in schools onboarded with us.
  • Design and manage student engagement activities in collaboration with schools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (academic, operations, marketing) and external stakeholders (school authorities, vendors).
  • Evaluate program impact and provide feedback for improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong PPT and presentation design skills.
  • Hands-on experience in event planning and operations management.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
