Community Manager Opportunity

Ascent is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate thematic programs and community journeys as a Program Manager.
  • Facilitate and moderate groups as a Facilitator/Group Moderator.
  • Lead member engagement as a Member Engagement Lead.
  • Coordinate community roles as a Community Manager/Coordinator.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant area is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in the entrepreneurship ecosystem or Community roles.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in technology and social media platforms.
