Program Coordinator

Job Purpose:
The Training Associate will play a crucial role in the planning and implementation of quality training and awareness programs for Government and non-government institutions/agencies on CSA/PSE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate small-scale training and awareness sessions with professionals from the government and private sectors.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement in existing resource materials used for TOT programs.
- Follow up with individuals, organizations, schools, and agencies who have attended Arpan's trainings to gather feedback and data.
- Provide support to trained teachers in implementing PSE trainings in their respective schools.
- Assist the Training Manager in translating content into relevant languages.
- Collect and share feedback from trainings conducted to enhance knowledge and inform program planning and execution.
- Support in creating process documents, training-specific modules, and advocacy proposals.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships with CSOs, Foundations, Corporates, and other like-minded institutions for awareness and training programs on CSA/PSE.
Requirements:
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in Education, Sociology, Psychology, Child Development, Social Work, or related fields.
- Experience in conducting trainings and sensitization on CSA/PSE is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and perseverance are essential for this role.
