Job Opportunity: Data Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Specialist with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and hands-on expertise in BigQuery, Composer, and Dataform.

This is a hybrid role that involves designing and building robust ETL workflows using tools like Informatica or equivalent. The successful candidate will work on GCP services, primarily BigQuery, Composer, and Dataform for data orchestration and transformation.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience with ETL tools, preferably Informatica.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, particularly BigQuery, Cloud Composer, and Dataform.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL development.
  • Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and architecture.
  • Strong SQL and data transformation capabilities.

Responsibilities include ensuring performance optimization, data integrity, and high-quality standards across all processes. Collaboration with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end data solutions is essential.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Data engineering principles and practices.
  • Cloud-based data warehousing and data orchestration.
  • ETL workflow design and implementation.
  • BigQuery, Cloud Composer, and Dataform.
  • PL/SQL programming language.

A degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Relevant industry certifications are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
