Transforming Healthcare with Data-Driven Insights

As a Sr. Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to revolutionize health decisions. Our team is at the forefront of innovative solutions, leveraging real-time data to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

In this key position, you will:

  • Build and innovate on insightful reporting and data-driven solutions that alleviate friction points and streamline processes.
  • Contribute to R&D projects for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) initiatives, new Data Products, and Bespoke Segments expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and define methodologies for measurement products and user identification.
  • Continuously improve the quality of healthcare professional (HCP) onboarding, targeting, and measurement.
  • Research and implement new data products or capabilities, automating data visualization and reporting to empower users.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in creating SQL queries from scratch, proficient in Excel, and knowledgeable about data analysis and manipulation.
  • Strong understanding of Python, including Distributed Systems and PySpark for large-scale data processing.
  • Experience with Containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes.
  • Proven expertise in experimentation methods and statistical modeling for product development and optimization.
