Job Title: Senior Manager Analytics

Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Analytics to lead our team in developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in ML/DL with a strong background in technical roles.
  • This role requires expertise in production projects only, without any capstone or internet-based projects.
  • A proven track record (at least 8+ years) in ML/AI development, particularly in ML, with a strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks is essential.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch is required.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, and Huggingface transformers is also necessary.
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the two cloud platforms - Azure or AWS is expected.
  • Exposing solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks such as FastAPI is a must.
  • Experience with development tools such as Git and version control is essential.
  • Deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes is also required.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc., to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering principles is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment are essential.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is also necessary.
  • Robust knowledge of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing, along with a sound understanding of visualization is highly desirable.
