Role Overview

This position entails working in a fast-paced environment where you will be accountable for creating and maintaining data-driven dashboards, reports, and automation scripts using Google Sheets and other tools to drive informed decision-making.

  • Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Automation Scripting: Design and implement automation scripts to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance output quality.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement and design efficient operational processes that are scalable, repeatable, and well-documented.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Coordinate daily activities, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and maintain documented SOPs and checklists to guarantee consistency and quality.
  • Root-Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to eliminate them.
  • Maintenance of Operational Excellence: Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, quality controls are enforced, and compliance is upheld across workflows.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Skills: Possess strong technical and analytical skills to assess, maintain, and understand processes.
  • Education: Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Preferably from an IIT, NIT, or IIIT.
  • AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools can be beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction with team members.
  • Growth Strategies: Ability to identify and implement innovative growth strategies.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in managing and executing projects effectively.
