Green Solutions Specialist

A key role in the development of sustainable solutions is available. This position requires expertise in project management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to support the growth of environmentally friendly ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and document project plans to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to validate and verify project submissions on various registries, such as Verra, Gold Standard, CDM, GCC, Cercarbono, and Ecoregistry.
- Conduct research on emerging market trends, analyze carbon credit prices, and provide insights on project feasibility and risk assessment.
- Liaise with project developers, assurance bodies, and carbon credit buyers to prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Environmental Science, Climate Policy, Sustainability, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with carbon credit projects under one or more standards/registries (UNFCCC CDM, Verra VCS, Gold Standard, Cercarbono, GCC, ART TREES).
- In-depth knowledge of GHG accounting, MRV frameworks, and additionality principles.
- Familiarity with ISO 14064/14065/17029 standards is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; exposure to project management tools is a plus.
