Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and thorough market research. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including client identification, relationship building, and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Market research and analysis capabilities
- Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Experience with customer service and maintaining long-term client satisfaction
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in environmental or waste management industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
